Valorant Points Calculator: VP to USD and the cheapest packs

This Valorant Points calculator converts VP to US dollars and back, and finds the cheapest packs for whatever you want to buy. The short answer: 1,000 VP costs $9.99, which is exactly what the Premium Battle Pass costs. A VP is worth between 0.91¢ and 1.05¢ depending on the pack, and the 11,000 VP pack at $99.99 is the best value.

Worked examples: what real purchases cost

  • A Premium skin

1,775 VP is not a pack size. 1 × 2,050 VP covers it for $19.99 and leaves 275 VP. One 1,000 pack plus two 475 packs would save 2 cents but give 100 VP less, in three purchases instead of one.

  • Battle Pass plus a Premium skin

2,775 VP in total. The cheapest route is 1 × 2,050 VP + 1 × 1,000 VP for $29.98, leaving 275 VP. That is the same as buying the pass and the skin one at a time ($9.99 + $19.99), so there is no saving in buying together.

  • A Deluxe skin

1,275 VP needs two packs: 1 × 1,000 VP + 1 × 475 VP for $14.98, with 200 VP left. Three 475 packs would save one cent but give 50 VP less, which is why the calculator picks the two-pack route.

Five things that change what you pay

  1. The bonus is part of the headline number. A pack called 1,000 VP is 950 VP plus 50 bonus — you get 1,000, not 1,050.
  2. Leftover VP stays in your wallet, but it is only useful once it adds up to something. 125 VP left after a Select skin is less than anything on Riot’s fixed price list (the cheapest is a 300 VP Battle Pass level), so the next purchase will need another pack.
  3. VP is shared across PC and console on one Riot account (Riot’s console guide), but your region of residence decides which currency and payment options you see. An account set to another region sees that region’s prices, not these.
  4. Refunds only cover unused VP bought in the last 14 days. VP spent on the Battle Pass, levels, bundles or upgrades cannot come back.
  5. Prices exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout depending on where you live in the US.

How the Valorant Points calculator works

  1. Sourced figures

The six pack sizes, their bonus VP and their US prices come from the PlayStation Store and Xbox listings. The 1,000 VP Battle Pass, 300 VP levels and the 875 / 1,275 / 1,775 VP skin tiers come from Riot’s support articles. Each row of the tables links to the page it was read from.

  2. VP → USD: cheapest packs

Packs only come in fixed sizes, so “what does this cost” means “which packs reach at least this many VP for the least money”. The calculator searches every combination of the six packs (an exact search, not a greedy one) and reports the total price and the VP left over. On ties it picks fewer packs, then more VP, and it counts one cent against each extra pack so it never tells you to buy two packs to save a single cent.

  3. USD → VP: most VP for a budget

For a budget, it finds the combination of packs that gives the most VP without going over, and shows the money left unspent. Above $400 it fills the bulk of the budget with 11,000 VP packs first, which never changes the answer because that pack has the best rate.

  4. What we assume

Prices are US list prices before sales tax, which is added at checkout depending on your state. We assume no promotion is running: in 2021 Riot doubled the bonus VP on every pack for two weeks (the 1,900 VP pack gave 300 bonus instead of 150), and an event like that changes the VP per pack but not the price. Riot says your account’s region of residence decides which payment options and currency you get, so prices in other countries are different and are not converted here.

What we checked, and what we could not

I read every price in this tool on 4 October 2026 from two US storefronts: the six VALORANT Points product pages on the PlayStation Store (each one returned its price in USD) and the VALORANT listing on xbox.com, whose add-on data carried US dollar list prices. I cross-checked the Xbox figures against Microsoft’s own catalogue API with the market set to US, because we checked from outside the US and most store pages quietly switch to the local currency. All six packs matched to the cent across both stores.

The pack names are worth reading closely, because the bonus is already inside the headline number. The 3,650 VP pack is 3,325 VP plus 325 bonus, not 3,650 VP plus a bonus on top. And the Xbox store titles the 2,050 VP pack as just “1900 (+150 Bonus Points)”, which looks like a different, smaller product until you see that the price is the same $19.99.

Riot’s own skin-tier article gives fixed prices for three tiers only — Select, Deluxe and Premium — and writes “Varies” for Ultra and Exclusive. Sites that list a single Ultra or Exclusive price are reading it off individual skin lines. We did not, so the calculator asks you to type the price shown in your store instead of guessing.

Riot does not publish a US price list for PC on a public page; the packs show in the client after you sign in. We could not open that screen for this check, so the figures here are the console prices. Riot’s console guide says your VP balance is shared between PC and console on the same Riot account, so where you buy changes the price you pay, not where you can spend it.

Valorant Points questions, answered

How much is 1000 VP in USD?

1,000 VALORANT Points cost $9.99 in the US. It is one of the six packs (950 VP plus 50 bonus), so you can buy exactly 1,000 with nothing left over. At the best-value rate, from the 11,000 VP pack, the same 1,000 VP would be worth $9.09.

How many Valorant Points do you need for a Battle Pass?

1,000 VP. Riot’s Battlepass FAQ says the Premium Track costs 1,000 VP, and once you have it you can buy levels for 300 VP each. The 1,000 VP pack at $9.99 covers the pass exactly. Riot does not refund the Premium Battle Pass or its levels.

How much is a Valorant skin in dollars?

It depends on the tier. Riot prices Select Edition skins at 875 VP, Deluxe at 1,275 VP and Premium at 1,775 VP. Because VP only comes in fixed packs, the cheapest way to afford them is $9.99 (Select, 125 VP left over), $14.98 (Deluxe, 1 × 1,000 VP + 1 × 475 VP) and $19.99 (Premium, 1 × 2,050 VP). Ultra and Exclusive Edition prices vary by skin line, so type the store price into the calculator.

Which Valorant Points pack is the best value?

The 11,000 VP pack at $99.99, at 110 VP per dollar. The 475 VP pack at $4.99 is the worst, at 95.2 VP per dollar and no bonus. But the biggest pack is not always the cheapest way to reach an amount: 10,000 VP costs $94.97 as 1 × 5,350 VP + 1 × 3,650 VP + 1 × 1,000 VP, less than one 11,000 VP pack.

How much is 1 VP worth?

Between 0.91¢ and 1.05¢ in the US, depending on which pack it came from. That is $0.91 to $1.05 per 100 VP. That is what VP costs to buy, not a resale value.

Are Valorant Points the same price on PC, PlayStation and Xbox?

On 4 October 2026 the US PlayStation Store and the US Xbox store listed all six packs at identical prices, from $4.99 to $99.99. Riot does not publish its PC prices on a public page — they appear in the client once you sign in — so check the store screen there. Riot’s console guide says VP is shared between PC and console on the same Riot account.

Can I get a refund on Valorant Points?

Only for unused VP bought within the last 14 days, according to Riot’s refund policy. Once VP has been spent on something non-refundable — bundles, the Premium Battle Pass, Battle Pass levels, agents, Radianite Points or upgraded skins — it cannot be refunded. A pending gift blocks every refund until it is claimed.

How many Valorant Points does $25 buy?

No pack costs $25, so the most you can get for $25 is 2,525 VP (1 × 2,050 VP + 1 × 475 VP) for $24.98, with $0.02 unspent. For $19.99 you get 2,050 VP in one pack, which is the better rate if you do not need the extra 475 VP.
